Lifelong learning is the key to success and especially important in an intercultural work and learning environment. If you are already active in the field of youth work or want to get involved, the FGYO offers you a variety of trilateral training courses with participants from France and Germany. By helping you develop your own intercultural skillset and to reflect on intercultural learning methods, the courses aim to empower you to apply these skills when you work as team leaders on youth exchanges.
