Schools and universities as well as associations, clubs and youth organisations that would like to implement an exchange programme for young people in Germany, France and another country can submit their applications by the 1st of November 2023 for project phases taking place in 2024.


Thematic priorities and selection criteria have been defined for the different regions, which can be found in the documents :


The call for projects for each special fund contains a link which sends directly to the application form. The application form must be accompanied by a provisional programme and, for first-time applicants, the status of their association.


In order to give you a more detailed presentation of the special funds and to support you with your application, the FGYO is organising two online meetings in September 2023. If you are applying for the first time with a French and a German partner organsation or if you would like to have more information on the funding conditions, we invite you to register for these online exchanges below:

  • Web-Café in German on the 15 September 2023 from 5 to 6.15 pm/CET (Registration deadline: 13th of September 2023)
