Last weekend, the preparations for the international youth meeting “Youth for Peace – 100 Years End of the First World War, 100 Ideas for Peace” have reached their next milestone.
68 motivated youth leaders and support assistants from 21 countries came together during the weekend of the 14th to 16th September for a preparatory meeting in the Youth Hostel Berlin Ostkreuz.
The aim of this weekend was the development of the workshop content that they will offer to the international participants during the event in November.
Strengthened through their active participation in workshops on the topics of language animation and nonviolent communication, the young multiplicators will now move on to the next round: their collaboration in international tridems – we’re looking forward to it!
The Franco-German Youth Office (FGYO) is an international organization working for Franco-German cooperation, which has enabled nearly 9 million young people from France and Germany to participate in 320,000 exchange programs since 1963.
