During the meeting, Tobias Bütow presented the work and goals of the FGYO and emphasized that international mobility programs are of great importance for young people. The current war in Ukraine and the pandemic are particularly difficult for young Europeans. More than ever, intercultural encounters and understanding are necessary to secure peace and thus the future of the young generations.
Tobias Bütow and Marko Begović agreed on the important role that youth exchanges play for young people and multipliers in terms of personal development and professional skills development. This is where youth exchanges come in, especially in the field of sports, which is of great interest for young people to acquire such competencies and skills.
