The FGYO info points are information booths where one can get all the relevant information about exchange opportunities and our activities in general. The FGYO info points are accessible to the public and situated in our partner organizations’ buildings, like the Goethe Institute, Instituts Français, Maisons de l’Europe, members of the Eurodesk network, réseau d’information jeunesse (IJ, CRIJ, BIJ…), Centres Culturels Français and Deutsch-Französische Institute..
The FGYO info points support the FGYO in successfully holding events, such as the Franco-German Day or various conferences. Furthermore, they are useful for looking for new media-partners, both on a local and regional scale, reaching new target groups and, last but not least, for the dissemination of relevant information to the general public.
They are also a way to inform young people about their options to participate in international mobility programs and can help them to find out more about the application procedure for registering in our programs, as well as the Franco-German partnership and cooperation more generally.
The FGYO is thus committed to providing all the relevant information along with the necessary documents to register for our programs. We also want to promote the activities of our partner organizations which are hosting the FGYO info points by providing support via the regional FGYO Young Ambassador network.
The Franco-German Youth Office (FGYO) is an international organization working for Franco-German cooperation, which has enabled nearly 9 million young people from France and Germany to participate in 320,000 exchange programs since 1963.
