ASSOCIATION DE VOLONTARIAT ET ECHANGE CULTUREL

“AVEC” is a cultural, non-governmental organization founded in 2015 based in Nabeul, Tunisia. Our organization mainly focuses on Volunteering Mobilities, Active citizenship, Entrepreneurship, Social and Solidary Economy, Gender issues, Women Empowerment, Culture, Environment and Health Awareness.

We work with local and international organisations, as well as public entities such as municipalities, universities, schools...

Our goals are:

• To contribute to the building of a cultural bridge between Tunisian and Euro- Mediterranean youth for exchange of knowledge, experiences, and access to other cultures.
• To contribute to expanding principles and values of democracy.
• To strengthen the relationships between Tunisian and Euro-Mediterranean youth
• To establish youth exchange programs.
• To enhance Voluntarism.
• To plan and organize cultural youth events on the national and international levels. Our association « AVEC » is accredited as a sending and hosting association for ESC project and has the quality label till 2027 ref 2019-1-FR02-ESC52-016454
• The Methods of our work are:
• Learning by doing approach.
• Encouraging active youth participation in civil society.
• Organizing and implementing events.
• Promoting Voluntary mobility, entrepreneurship, culture, environment protection,
• solidarity…
• Organizing and implementing various courses, trainings and meetings in which young people will participate and get the opportunity to acquire practical knowledge.
• Our working Sphere:
• Local (trainings, seminars, workshops, educative events, creating sustainable digital projects.)
• International (practicing and organizing ESC and ERASMUS+ projects)
