Call for applications - EU*Connect Digital Campus
EU*Connect is CIFE's digital campus for introducing today's and tomorrow's European citizens to EU issues and enables the exchange of experiences between young professionals and students from Ukraine, Moldova, France and Germany. Since 2022, CIFE is proud to connect young people from Ukraine, Moldova, France and Germany with a two-fold objective: To provide EU expertise for young Ukrainians and Moldovans, and to make French and German participants aware of the particular challenges of Ukraine in the context of war, its quest for EU accession and reconstruction.
Presentation
During 5-month, participants actively take part in online lectures, training, and discussions. Key topics are the fundamentals of the European Union (institutions, decision-making, law), the role of the EU in current conflicts, the process of EU accession, and the specific challenges of Ukraine in the context of war and reconstruction. All classes are taught in English.
EU*Connect deliver 80 hours of teaching with a weekly workload of at least 5 hours. The live courses take place every Tuesdays and Thursdays from November 2026 to April 2027. Courses usually start at 17:00 CET (Time in France and Germany) or 18:00 EET (Time in Ukraine and Moldova) and last 2,5 hours. This evening schedule allows participants to combine their academic, professional, and personal commitments with their participation in EU*Connect.
The application deadline is 13 October 2026. Selected candidates will be informed mid-October and the online sessions will start on the 3rd of Novermber 2026. At the end of the course, a written examination will be offered in April 2026 for participants interested in obtaining a certification.
