The pedagogical staff
The pedagogical staff create an important link between independent associations in youth work and the FGYO.
They are experts in making a mobility programme an intercultural exchange that can change people’s views of the neighbouring country and its people.
That is why the educational staff promote Franco-German youth exchange not only by supporting the implementation of the exchange programmes in their clubs, associations and organisations. They also assist and consult on programme planning and preparation. Their practical knowledge forms an important building block in the targeted further development of existing projects.
There are currently, 44 FGYO pedagogical staff active in associations for extracurricular youth work, 25 of them in Germany and 19 in France.
